Who Is Detention Club?

Born from within the city through rebellion and creativity — Detention Club is more than a name. It’s a culture.

Over a decade ago, in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, Detention Club started as one of the region's original graffiti magazines Invoice Magazine — a raw, independent zine dedicated to documenting graffiti in the streets and in on freight trains. What began as an underground passion project quickly evolved into a cultural archive, capturing the grit, color, and truth of local graffiti scenes. Through every spread, we told stories that the city tried to buff away.

But we didn’t stop there.

Invoice Magazine became a bridge — hosting pop-up art shows, throwing creative events, and building a safe space for artists to connect, create, and be unapologetically themselves. It wasn’t just about walls and paint. It was about building community, giving artists and creatives the respect and recognition they deserve.

As that energy grew, so did our vision. From the roots of graffiti and underground art, we launched a creative collective called Creepinghard Worldwide — a team of artists, designers, and visionaries offering marketing services to cannabis brands across Oregon. Through Creepinghard, we crafted standout packaging, helped shape identities, and led innovative campaigns that elevated the cannabis space with true creativity and culture at its core.

After years of pushing brands forward, we realized: it was time to build one that truly represented us.

Enter Detention Club — no longer just a zine, or a service but a full-fledged brand and lifestyle, forged from years of firsthand experience in street art, design, cannabis, and community. Detention club focuses on quality infused cannabis prerolls, that can now be found in over 20 recreational cannbis dispensaries around Oregon.

We also opened The Mart, a local gallery and community space where dozens of emerging artists have found a platform. From murals to mixed media, The Mart has become a creative hub — a place where underground meets spotlight.

Today, Detention Club is a reflection of the culture we helped build. It’s not just products. It’s a movement. A mindset. A lifestyle rooted in authenticity, expression, and a refusal to conform.
