Shipping Disclaimer – THCA Hemp Products

At Detention Club, all THCA hemp products are derived from federally legal hemp containing less than 0.3% Δ9-THCon a dry weight basis, in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill. All products are third-party lab tested for compliance and purity.

You cannot ship THCA to states that have stricter “total THC” regulations or outright bans on hemp-derived cannabinoids, including THCA. Vendors typically refuse to ship to these locations. As of mid-to-late 2025, states where shipping THCA is not recommended include: 

• Arkansas

• Hawaii

• Idaho

• Minnesota

• Nebraska

• Nevada

• Oregon

• Rhode Island

• South Dakota

• Vermont

• Wyoming 

 Some states also have special circumstances or evolving laws that make shipping legally risky: 

• Geogia: Legal status is unclear, and enforcement varies by jurisdiction.

• Tennessee: THCA products are legal for shipment until January 1, 2026, when new legislation takes effect.

• Texas: As of July 2025, THCA shipping is permitted, but new legislation could be introduced at any time.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Before Shipping: If an order is cancelled before it has shipped, a full refund will be issued minus a 5% transaction processing fee to cover merchant service charges.

After Shipping (but before delivery): If an order is cancelled after it has shipped but prior to delivery, a refund will be issued minus the shipping costs and a 5% return processing fee.
